VISION

     Northern Samar Colleges is a private non-sectarian co-educational institution of learning and center for educational excellence providing College, Preparatory Basic, Post-Secondary, and Tertiary Education. In its service area, particularly the educational needs of the youth in the community as well as those coming from the neighboring towns, provinces, and elsewhere, developing their knowledge, skills competencies, abilities, and positive attitudes to enable them to become future leaders, fine professionals, and upstanding citizens in the local, national, and global community.

              United in this common faith and tired with the zeal of committed service, the NSC community in its board of trustees, administrators, teaching and non-teaching staff, students and parents envision an authentic Filipino education. Through the empowering and liberating educative process, we live at the tome-honored Filipino and universal values of belief in and fear of God, love of country and people, truth, peace, and justice.
